Sport fencing develops good sportsmanship and self-discipline, physical coordination, and mental toughness. The technical and tactical skills of fencing enable fencers of different size, age, and strength to compete on an equal footing.
Currently we offer one-on-one private fencing lessons and when not in lockdown, several fencing classes during the week – an introduction to competitive sport fencing, Mondays (for Epee) and Tuesdays (for Foil), an advanced/ competitive foil class on Thursdays, and a footwork class on Saturdays that is great for all levels.
Not only is fencing great exercise, it is a mentally intense, demanding sport that you will enjoy for many years to come.
